Terms that apply to our services and to your use of this website.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thurix.com and any Thurix services we agree with you in a statement of work, proposal, or contract (together, an "Agreement").
By using the website or engaging us for services, you confirm you have authority to bind yourself or your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the site or sign an Agreement.
Thurix provides custom software engineering, AI workflows, product development, audits, and related professional services as described on the site and in your Agreement.
Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and acceptance criteria are defined only in the Agreement. Marketing copy on thurix.com is illustrative and not a binding scope.
You provide timely access to people, systems, and information we need to perform the work. You ensure that data and instructions you give us are lawful and that you have rights to use them.
You review deliverables and give feedback within agreed windows. Delayed feedback may shift schedules.
Unless the Agreement states otherwise, upon full payment of fees due for bespoke deliverables created specifically for you, you receive the ownership or license rights to those deliverables as set out in the Agreement. Default expectation: you may use the custom work product for your business as defined in the Agreement.
Thurix retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, templates, know-how, and general-purpose components. We grant you a license to embedded Thurix components as needed to use the deliverables.
We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you object in writing before public release.
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform the Agreement. Confidential information does not include information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party without duty of confidence.
Survival: confidentiality obligations continue after the Agreement ends for the period stated in the Agreement or, if silent, for three (3) years.
We perform services in a professional manner consistent with experienced software and AI engineering practice for engagements of similar scope.
Except as expressly stated in the Agreement, deliverables and the website are provided "as is" where permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms (cloud hosts, payment providers, model APIs, analytics, etc.).
Any warranty remedy is limited to re-performance or correction of defective deliverables within the warranty window defined in the Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Thurix’s total aggregate liability arising from an Agreement is limited to the fees you paid to Thurix under that Agreement in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation (including certain mandatory consumer or personal injury rights).
Unless the Agreement specifies otherwise, these Terms and non-consumer Agreements are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Cairo, Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence if applicable.
